	CLEAR TRASH BAGS: Action requests that most fine yard debris (like grass clippings and pulled weeds be curbed in CLEAR plastic trash bags. BUNDLED YARD DEBRIS: Heavier debris (sticks, branches, dead shrubs) must be cut into 4' lengths (or shorter) and tied in small bundles. Branches thicker than 4" will damage the compactor trucks. Split thicker branches to less than 4" diameter. WASTE COLLECTION QUESTION: contact Action Garbage Service at (704) 821-7578. Or email your concerns to Village Council via the form below.

Action Garbage Service enforces the NC state ban on placing recyclables in with regular trash. If any plastic bottles, marked with the #1 or #2 triangle are visible in your rolling trash cart after October 19, 2009, Action will not dump the cart. If removed, they will dump the same cart on the following Thursday. These bottles must be placed in your recycle bins. Only bottles that are marked with higher numbers may be placed in your rolling trash cart and will not prevent your cart from being dumped.
